Log into your Decathlon account to view your purchase history and select the items you wish to return to generate a digital return label.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused sports equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the return authorization slip is included inside.
Ship or Drop Off
Drop off your package at any authorized shipping point using our prepaid label, or bring it directly to your nearest Decathlon store for an immediate exchange.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop team inspects the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
